♡ Prior to accepting the terms of services, you must be 18 years or older. I will not provide orders for anyone under the age of 18, regardless of the area you live in or consent laws you want to mention. Thank you for understanding.♡ Digital works received are not shipped. All illustrations are considered digital goods, there are no physical items included in the finished products as they are not offered. If an invoice I sent asks for shipping information, please select “Shipping Not Required”. Otherwise your invoice may either be cancelled or marked as “shipped without tracking”.♡ Do not copy, modify, remove, edit my watermark. All commissions will have a watermark. Please provide credit on my art pieces, as required.
DO NOT USE FACEBOOK OR DEVIANTART TO PROVIDE CREDIT.♡ If needing commercial rights there is an extra fee.♡ When you pay for the invoice, you are also noting that you’ve accepted my terms.
♡ payment ♡
♡ Sketching is done before payment is received. You may ask for modifications during this phase free of charge. However if there are changes needed to be made after payment, you will be subject for a modification fee. For illustrations, sketches will have color, for sketch commissions there will only be one preview.♡ All payment will be in USD. It is your responsibility to convert USD to your own currency.♡ Payment will be taken either though paypal invoicing or cashapp only. (No boosty, ko-fi, stripe, ect).♡ Payment plans must be discussed first. Do not just send me money to initiate a plan without discussion. These will be paypal only.♡ Works start immediately when payment is received, whether it paid in full or first payment of a payment plan.♡ Do NOT send me payments through email, paypal(.)me or ko-fi. Wait for the invoice to be delivered or the request.
♡ refunds ♡
♡ Refunds may be provided if asked first. Do not initiate a chargeback.♡ Refunds will be provided depending on how far along the illustration has been through.♡ If the illustration is at least 50% completed you may not ask for a refund. You will still receive the finished product.♡ If the illustration has been started you may receive a 50% refund. However if you wish for me to finish the commission later, you are to pay full price.♡ The illustration has NOT been started yet from when payment was taken, you may receive a full refund if asked.♡ If I can not physically work on your commission, I will notify you about refunds. There is a SIX MONTH window from time payment is received for paypal protection, I may take the entire six months to determine if I can provide a full refund.♡ If you no longer own the original character and you want to switch out the character, there will be a modification fee. I will not switch characters around.

♡ Please use twitter or the uwu.ai URL for credit. Do not use another website for credit. Exception is toyhouse and facebook tagging.♡ DO NOT USE FACEBOOK OR DEVIANTART FOR CREDIT. This has been a slight issue I've noticed. If you are using either of the websites for credit please change it.♡ For facebook - tagging is OK but if posting outside of facebook tagging DO NOT use a linkback. Please use twitter or uwu.ai♡ I HAVE THE RIGHTS TO MY OWN ILLUSTRATIONS. All illustrations are for personal use only (unless you paid a commercial fee).♡ Do not remove my watermarks please.♡ DO NOT EDIT / TRACE / ALTER ANY OF MY ARTWORKS.

♡ You may order your commission through any website I am active on (discord DMs, twitter, furaffinity, toyhouse).♡ DO NOT MESSAGE ME ON FACEBOOK, DEVIANTART, INSTAGRAM. I do not check those for commissions.
- Exception for facebook is that we’re mutuals.♡ You must send me references of your characters. Multiple references preferred however I would like at least one clear reference.♡ I would also like a rough idea of what you are wanting done. Please provide references if you can as well for your ideas.♡ Acceptable references: OC galleries (must be public), pinterest boards, drawn ideas.♡ Please have a character already made and ready, I do not offer customs / create characters for you.

♡ All of my illustrations are forbidden to be used for cryptocurrencies, blockchains, NFTS, minting, mining, ect.♡ I will not provide work for NFT individuals.♡ Do not use my illustrations for feeding artificial intelligence (AI) / stable diffusion. I do not consent my works to be taught to AI / stable diffusion (includes k_euler, ddim, ect.)

do not witch hunt. do not ask what each individual did to be blacklisted. if they are on this list it’s because they have given me enough reasons to black list them.
I will only point out blacklisted individuals who are actively feeding works through AI without permission

♡ When commissioning, please provide me a clear reference and idea as to what you are looking for. Check the terms under “ordening”.♡ I do not send messages between 9pm - 9am CST. I try my best not to bother the customers late at night, but if you live in a different time zone, tell me what it is and times you would like for me to contact you, and I can convert the times into my time zone. Generally, European time contact is early morning, and Oceania time contact is late night for me.♡ No copyrighted characters! This includes characters from various animes / cartoons, real life celebrities, ect. Vtubers are an exception, however no shipping art please. If anything you can ask me questions.♡ The buyer receives a google drive link of the works. Included will be variants and transparency. All files will be in JPG format.♡ initial price = base price♡ I have a IRL job outside of this.
♡ turn around time ♡
♡ Turn around time varies from 5 - 180 days once payment is received, depending on how heavy the work is.♡ I will contact to provide WIPs. Please be on the look out for that.♡ If opted for payment plan, your commission will still be worked on, however I will not finish / send a completed piece until after full payment is received. If payment is ceased your works will be converted to a YCH (your character here) and will be sold to another buyer.

♡ Etiquette is here for adoptables♡ I DO NOT MAKE ADOPTABLES / CUSTOMS. There may be a rare chance and opportunity for me to make designs, however this isn’t something I enjoy doing or making.
I have lost all motivation to create customs / adoptables. Please do not ask about details.♡ If you own a previous design of mine please look through the etiquette.♡ If you plan on using an old design for vtubing, merch, monetization, you must pay a commercial fee. Even if the character was sold for less than 20 USD.
♡ Modification fees ♡
Modification fees are added if you ask for any changes after commission has been paid, including after the first payment of a plan has been made.
Modification fees are subject to my own discretion and judgement.♡ Fee : $25 per major change.
♡ Will only do three modifications in an illustration.♡ Swap for a different OC: + 50% of initial base price!
♡ ONLY IF the commission has been started and you suddenly need to switch characters. If the commission has not started past the sketch phase it is no extra charge.♡ Note: no modifications can be made once the commission is fully completed.♡ Modification fees does not include mistakes, personal changes, anything I made that does not represent what you are seeking.
